Job Description
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing all the sales outlet activities assigned to them. They guarantee that the quantitative objectives (budget turnover profitability) and qualitative objectives (Brand image) are achieved in line with the Brand guidelines and company standards. The core responsibilities of the role include: Guaranteeing that quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference stores are achieved in economic terms (budget turnover profitability) and in terms of the correct Brand image; Analyzing and conducting diagnostic studies to provide a rapid response (tactically) based on the specific needs and context of the stores, focusing on a long-term strategy; For DOS (Directly Operated Stores) or Concessions, they are directly responsible for resources (people, costs, investments). Qualifications : Achieves business targets (budget turnover profitability) and promotes the growth of stores in its reference area in compliance with company guidelines; Manages all costs consistently with the allocated budget; Maintains and improves the image of the points of sale, the performance of the staff, and the products, guaranteeing the customer a level of service in line with company standards and the philosophy of the Brand; Manages and controls the staff of the POS in terms of selection, development, and assignment of adequate tasks and targets in accordance with the business objectives and performance expectations of the stores in the assigned area; Monitors ongoing activities in the stores both proactively and reactively to implement quick solutions that allow maintaining alignment with business objectives; Is responsible for enhancing staff knowledge through suitable training activities such as product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and coordination of store activities with other Brand touchpoints; Manages, coordinates, and controls the assigned resources (people, costs, investments); Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of responsibilities; Promotes, adopts, and develops the use of digital technologies within its function concerning process management and interactions with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business; Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational and cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as practices oriented towards the care of the environment, business processes, and organizational community.
