AML and Compliance, Specialist

We are currently seeking a AML and Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance & AML team. The successful candidate will report to the Compliance & Lending Coordinator and will be based at our Italian headquarters, working in a dynamic, international environment. Key responsibilities include: Mitigating compliance risks, financial losses, and reputational damage by ensuring adherence to laws and self-regulatory standards. Developing and reviewing policies and procedures to manage legal and reputational risks associated with non-compliance. Monitoring applicable regulations and assessing their impact on organizational processes. Ensuring compliance with external regulations such as privacy, AML, and conduct rules. Supporting the development of internal controls and anti-money laundering procedures. Communicating potential AML issues and suspicious activities to senior management. Contributing to the compliance audit processes and supporting mandatory training initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or related fields, excellent English language skills, proficiency in Office applications, and solid knowledge of banking regulations. Prior experience in banking, finance, or consulting is preferred.
