Your role : Your duties and responsibilities Contribute to planning, researching, and designing security architectures. Develop, review, and approve installation requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related network devices. Research and design public key infrastructures, certification authorities, and digital signatures; ensure personnel have IT access limited to their roles. Test, validate, and update the final security system as needed. Cultivate security awareness and arrange for ongoing education. Stay up-to-date with the latest security systems, standards, authentication protocols, and products. Other duties Additional tasks may be assigned as your role expands. Your skills, experience, and qualifications required Master’s degree with distinction in computer science or engineering, or equivalent. Good knowledge of IT security issues, management systems (ISO 27001, etc.), and data protection. 5-10 years of experience in information security and IT risk management. Strong knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, operating systems, and software programs. Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
