Your contribution to Prysmian's success We are seeking a General Ledger & Reporting Specialist to join our team within the General Ledger Shared Service Center at our headquarters in Milan. In this position, you will: Manage specific General Ledger accounting activities to meet local and group financial and statutory requirements. Be responsible for bank management. Support effective internal controls by maintaining proper documentation, evidences, and full reconciliation of General Ledger account balances. Ensure timely and effective closing of books, adhering to the Group's closing calendar. Assist accounting managers and controllers with arising issues or anomalies, providing recommendations for resolution. Ideal candidate profile: Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics. Experience of 2-3 years, preferably in an international industrial group. Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / Local GAAP). Fluency in English is mandatory. Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented, results-driven, and ambitious mindset. What we offer: Permanent contract.
