We are looking for: Head of Extrusion Department The role's objective is to coordinate and manage the department, supporting diagnosis and resolution of issues. The candidate should have experience and skills in personnel management, quality, and safety monitoring. The role reports directly to the Production Director. Responsibilities include: Organizing and supervising department activities; Managing the continuous cycle personnel; Monitoring and managing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards; Verifying proper production operation; Setting up production activities; Interfacing with various departments for analysis and problem resolution. Candidate profile: Preferably holds a technical diploma (technical maturity, ITS, or a short scientific degree). Must have previous experience, even minimal, in similar roles or companies. The candidate should demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, assertive communication, precision, and resource management skills.
