Job Opportunity: Payroll Consultant/Senior Consultant Locations: Bologna, Milano, Roma, Torino We are seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join Deloitte Business Solution's Payroll team in Bari , working in Hybrid mode . Deloitte Business Solution collaborates with clients and partners to manage and reorganize business processes related to Accounting, Finance & Controlling . It identifies necessary changes and assists in implementing structured development paths to achieve optimal performance in efficiency, effectiveness, and control. The Experienced resource will be part of a team and will be responsible for: Taking responsibility for their workstream results, ensuring full alignment with project objectives and Deloitte quality standards; demonstrating professional maturity in complex and delicate situations. Leading the collection and management of data necessary for hypothesis formulation and proposals, using a structured problem-solving approach. Incorporating financial information into strategic options formulation and evaluation. Collaborating effectively across the network to provide global solutions; integrating proposals with solutions based on Analytics and new technologies, in collaboration with subject matter experts. Minimum 4 years of experience in startup projects of Open Budget facilities using the Zucchetti Infinity application. Ability to customize and set up personnel budgets; independently reconciling budget forecasts with payroll accounting; managing and maintaining the system. Configuring different budget scenarios (contract increases, mass hires/promotions, costs by level/qualification, etc.). Aligning demographic and cost data between Payroll and Budget systems, both directly and via external data sources (txt, csv files). Monthly management of requests (adding new cost elements, implementing customized reports, data reconciliation, report production and publication).
