Leasing and Move-in Coordinator

We are seeking a Leasing & Move-In Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities : Assist new or transferring residents with move-in documents and preparations for a smooth transition. Respond promptly to telephone inquiries and conduct tours with prospective residents or interested parties. Serve as a resource for new residents, answering questions and helping them acclimate. Coordinate move logistics with the operations team, including apartment measurements, readiness, work orders, and delivery of items. Arrange move details with residents or responsible parties, such as coordinating with moving companies. Provide administrative support to Leasing Counselors and the sales team, including follow-up activities. Qualifications : Proficient in typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Associate's Degree or relevant experience preferred. Experience managing multiple processes with strong organizational skills preferred. Ability to interact effectively with elderly residents, their families, and professional influencers. Open, honest, and responsible communication. Customer-focused attitude with respect and integrity. Reliable in following through on commitments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to flex schedule to meet resident needs.
