Job Description Join Electrolux Professional Group - as R&D PROJECT MANAGER About The Job We are looking for an R&D Project Manager to manage projects from planning to production start / product launch. Responsibilities ABOUT YOUR TASKS Project Management: Lead the project team during the Product Development Process. Responsible for deploying, tracking & managing all project deliverables (Product requirements, costs, investments, timing, quality, design, risk management) Responsible for organizing, steering, tracking and formalizing periodic reporting on project maturity Responsible for reporting on allocation and prioritization of Project resources Responsible for solving and/or escalating project timing concern-Responsible for preparing CP’s presentation and deliverables approval Track budgets for assigned project.- Ensure the creation of relevant project documentation i.e. technical specifications, drawings, BOM, installation diagram, etc. Proactive approach for maintaining excellent quality and reliability of Product Strong Teamwork approach and organizing skills Qualifications ABOUT YOU University degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields. Operational Performance English Level C1 as per European STD Italian language is a plus Able to work in complex contexts and to set long term goals and define strategic plans Able to obtain executive approval Adapts to different organizational cultures and politics, leverages informal and formal contacts to overcome blockages Establishes alliances 5 years of relevant experiences in different business domains PMP certification is a benefit Proven capability to interact with all functions in a global organization from shop floor to management Strong attitude in creating positive team-working and able to lead by influencing Risk-taker & forward-looking - willing to take calculated risk Planning and controlling project skills.
