Requisition Number : 18353 Required Travel : 0 - 10% Employment Type : Full Time / Salaried / Exempt Security Clearance : Secret Level of Experience : Mid Who We Are HII Mission Technologies (HII-MT) is currently seeking a Unit Program Support technician to work out of the 56th Rescue Squadron, Aviano AB, Italy. HII MT helps solve tough national security challenges for the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, and federal civilian agencies. Our capabilities include intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), cyber, secure enterprise IT engineering and operations, military training and simulation, logistics management, and fleet maintenance, modernization, repair, and sustainment. What You Will Do Administer unit support programs such as task management, drug demand reduction, fitness, safety, security, and Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts. Serve as the primary source of information regarding unit support programs, including preparing, maintaining, and depositing administrative reports and correspondence. Assist the commander/director with internal operations, administrative training, security, and personnel assistance. Act as the point of contact for new personnel, orient them to the organization, introduce key personnel, and schedule initial training. Propose management improvements for program efficiency. Plan and coordinate the implementation of policies and procedures, disseminate updates, and develop administrative policies. Train and oversee squadron POCs, prioritize work, and assign suspenses. Conduct reviews and briefings on management functions, recommending courses of action. Develop procedures to track program status and maintain health. Communicate requirements and guidance to squadron members. Advise the commander/director on policy and execute directives through procedures. Ensure members are aware of legal and policy requirements. Serve as a liaison with military and civilian personnel offices. Assist in supervising military and civilian staff, including personnel actions and evaluations. Monitor personnel requests, track transactions, and provide status reports. Ensure timely and accurate performance reports. Perform clerical and administrative support tasks. Advise staff on administrative and procedural requirements. Update tracker or suspense files, prepare and submit documents, and maintain records. Assist in arranging command-sponsored events, ensuring protocol compliance. Monitor office supplies and services. May be responsible for handling classified materials as determined with squadron leadership. What We're Looking For Valid Passport and a minimum of 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or HS diploma or equivalent. Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
