Job Purpose We are seeking an HR Generalist & Industrial Relations Specialist to manage employee and industrial relations, HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, international mobility, benefits, training, and development, particularly related to the Technology Center in Bridgestone EMIA (TCE). The role includes handling industrial relations at TCE, ensuring compliance with Italian legislation, managing union relations, creating and maintaining CBAs and local agreements, and contributing to consistent practices across Italian locations. Responsibilities Manage relations with unions at TCE, advise on contract negotiations, ensure HR staff compliance with union contracts, and maintain related documentation. Research industrial issues, manage dispute resolution, monitor organizational change processes, and ensure compliance with Italian industrial relations laws. Collaborate with Milano Sales Co. and Bari Manufacturing Plant to ensure a consistent country approach. Manage 'Categorie Protette' and oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic headcount plans and supporting university and internship collaborations.
