Job Description - Accounts Receivable Accountant OTC (HOT0BLMU) Job Number: HOT0BLMU Work Location: Hilton Rome Eur La Lama, Viale Europa 287, Rome 144 Role Overview The role aims to be recognized as a trusted finance team member. It supports the finance lead in training and development activities to cultivate best-in-class finance professionals and assists in team development. The role also supports a robust control and compliance environment and contributes to implementing EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects. What will I be doing? The Accounts Receivable Accountant / Cluster Accounts Receivable Accountant contributes to the efficient operation of Billing and Collection activities within the Order to Cash (OTC) department. Responsibilities include: Supporting the Credit Manager and the overall operation of the Accounts Receivable / OTC department. Ensuring smooth billing and collection processes in full compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual obligations. Partnering with hotel finance teams and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial and Operations teams. Participating in relevant finance development programs. Responsibilities may vary according to joint job descriptions and Hilton’s job segregation policies. What are we looking for? Ability to analyze large volumes of complex financial data and generate reports, forecasts, and projections. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue prevention. Ability to develop problem-solving skills among team members. Initiative in prioritizing and fulfilling responsibilities. Detail-oriented and organized. Proficiency in developing presentations and communicating effectively at all levels. Strong communication and negotiation skills with management and external customers. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new programs quickly. Additional Preferences: University degree in Accounting or Finance.
