Main Responsibilities: Proactively identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in Italy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular in-person engagement. Understand clients’ challenges and structures to develop effective account strategies. Enhance the company’s business development strategy by refining target markets, optimizing sales processes, and increasing conversion rates. Drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding sales targets aligned with company goals. Main Requirements: Over 6 years of experience in sales and account management within full-service CRO sales. Well-connected with key decision-makers in the life sciences sector. Skilled in engaging and influencing senior executives and C-suite leaders. Proven success in negotiating and closing complex deals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and persuasion abilities. Able to identify client challenges and deliver strategic, swift solutions. Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple sales stages concurrently.
