Main Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in Italy proactively. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular in-person engagement. Understand clients’ challenges and structures to develop effective account strategies. Main Requirements: Over 6 years of experience in sales and account management within full-service CRO sales. Well-connected with decision-makers in the life sciences sector. Skilled in engaging and influencing senior executives and C-suite leaders. Proven success in negotiating and closing complex deals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and persuasion abilities. Able to identify client challenges and deliver strategic solutions quickly.
