About the Role As a Client Success Partner , you will be a strategic advisor and trusted advocate for our clients in Singapore. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring delivery excellence across our core solution areas: Workplace Solutions , Hybrid Infrastructure , Application Management , Security , and Managed Microsoft Services . This is your opportunity to shape long-term client success and deliver tangible outcomes in Singapore’s dynamic and competitive technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Growth Strategy Act as a strategic advisor , deeply understanding each client's unique business environment, challenges, and goals. Proactively identify growth opportunities within your portfolio and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives across our solution offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders , becoming a trusted partner and go-to expert. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Architects to design tailored, high-impact solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements. Lead contract renewals and account planning , ensuring value-driven, long-term client partnerships. Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their priorities and expectations. Delivery Excellence & Client Satisfaction Work closely with Delivery Managers and technical teams to ensure smooth, on-time project execution and service excellence. Monitor delivery KPIs and proactively resolve risks or escalations , ensuring consistent client satisfaction. Lead issue resolution with urgency and empathy, tailoring responses to Singapore’s fast-paced business environment. Quantify and communicate the business value and ROI delivered to clients through our solutions. Collect and act on client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and delivery processes. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. 20 years of experience in client-facing roles within IT services, systems integration, or related industries. Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and drive revenue growth through client success initiatives. Expertise in one or more of our core solution areas relevant to the Singapore market. Strong understanding of Singapore’s business and regulatory environment . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment . Solid business acumen with the ability to link IT solutions to measurable business outcomes .
