Facilities Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for managing boiler maintenance, maintaining infrastructure and forklifts, as well as managing the individual performance of all team members. Your expertise in engineering services and mechanical maintenance will be essential in ensuring operational efficiency and performance. You will also be expected to actively contribute to the protection and improvement of HSE performance; support and comply with the HSE system; and participate in all HSE activities such as HSE meetings, incident investigations and risk assessments. To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant tertiary qualification (N4 - N6, Artisan) and at least 5 years of experience in Engineering Services. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with computer literacy, will be valuable.
