To succeed in this role, you should have a diploma or degree in HSE, a HIRA certificate, and 510 years of experience as an HSE or Risk Manager within an FMCG environment. A SAMTRAC or NEBOSH IGC qualification is essential. Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and a hands-on approach to health and safety will also be key to your success.
