Plumber

The main purpose of this position is to Install, repairs, and maintain water, drainage, and heating systems in residential and commercial buildings. Requirements: Relevant plumbing qualifications. Minimum 5 (five) years of experience post-graduation in a similar position. Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies. An understanding of health and safety standards. Ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate information in a simple way to a diverse range of people. Computer literate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Teamwork skills and the ability to motivate and lead those on site Commercial awareness. Proactive, practical, logical, methodical, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, time management and interpersonal skills. Fully Bilingual and excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills Duties will include, but not limited to: General plumbing and maintenance. Stock management. Quality Control. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. Water dispensing units and related works Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Follow building plans and blueprints. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required. Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
