Job Description
Responsibilities: Assist with property transfers and all aspects of the conveyancing process Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Attend consultations, court proceedings, and property registrations Liaise with clients, Deeds Office, municipalities, and financial institutions Maintain accurate and organized legal files Support attorneys with general administrative and legal tasks Requirements: Completed LLB degree Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal environment, with specific exposure to conveyancing Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and related documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure Own transport and valid drivers license (advantageous)
