Operations / Events Manager

A company based in Modderfontein requires an Events / Operations Manager. DUTIES: Will meet with client to discuss their needs (food, décor, colour scheme etc.) Follow and set up a brief for the event for concerts, sports events and conferences Organize the planning of an entire event Coordinate delivery logistics, assign drivers, and direct labourers on set up Work on MS Excel Supervise the Events Coordinator to ensure all aspects run smoothly and meet expectations. REQUIREMENTS: Must pref come out of catering or related industry Must be sharp, efficient, agile, passionate about your work Own car is essential Relevant qualification Willing to work overtime and on weekends
