Contract Manager

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Sandton, Johannesburg . Role: Contract Manager Industry: Renewable Energy - Solar / Wind Construction Projects Level: Senior Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, BCom, or BCom Law · Minimum 8 years' experience in contract management within engineering and construction environment · Proven experience with large-scale construction projects and contract preparation/evaluation · Experience in Renewable Energy sector (Solar/Wind) highly advantageous · 1-2 years' experience in project financing preferred · 2-3 years' experience in budget preparation and management · Strong knowledge of construction procedures, contracts, and legal terminology · Working knowledge of risk assessment and management techniques · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP systems · Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally · Professional certifications (PMP, RMP, CAPM, or CCM) advantageous Personal Attributes: · Excellent analytical skills with ability to formulate strategic action plans · Strong independent working capability under minimal supervision · Superior organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail · Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities · Excellent interpersonal skills for multicultural and multidisciplinary team environments · Strong client-facing and internal stakeholder management capabilities · Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and ambiguous situations · Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple complex projects If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to engineering.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za Alternatively, contact us at XXX-XXXX for more information or visit our website on: www.stand-outstaffing.co.za
