Test Analyst

We are seeking a est Analyst to join a team within the Fintech industry on a contract bases and contribute to delivering seamless digital solutions that enhance customer experiences. As a Test Analyst, you will ensure the quality and reliability of the software systems, playing a pivotal role in modernisation efforts. Main Responsibilities : Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Java-based applications. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure system reliability. Create and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or TestNG. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to meet quality standards. Identify, document, and track software defects. Contribute to continuous improvement within the testing team. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as a Test Analyst with Java-based applications. Strong experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG). Familiarity with testing tools, SQL, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Banking domain experience and ISTQB certification are a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
