They specialise in various disciplines from property development, design, construction, project management, and asset management Job Description You will be required to: To ensure the successful completion of quality projects within both the Project time frames and budget through the co-ordination of all relevant parties and the on-going identification and implementation of processes, practices, and solutions that ensure maximum efficiency and control of costs during the construction process. Understand and apply construction programs and planning techniques Collaborate with the Site Agent and Planner to formulate schedules Ensure accurate communication of program requirements Implement works and coordinating site preparation activities. Qualifications Relevant BSC Engineering /Construction Management Degree within the Construction industry Registration with SACPCMP advantageous Skills 6-8 years relevant on-site experience as a Site engineer on major Building or Concrete Civils sites.
