In this role, you will assist the team with tasks from Pitch to Internal workflows across Print, Radio, Digital & TV assets. You'll be the central point of contact, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project deliverables within agreed quality, timeframe, and budget, with support from the broader Powered team. Day to day you will: Be responsible for monitoring, tracking and communicating project progressBe responsible for our largest cross platform briefs managing all stakeholders to drive operational excellence and deliver sales. Be planning and coordinating project activities throughout the project lifecycleManage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycleBe responsible for clear and effective job costings (including initial budget quote and post analysis reconciliation by job) QualificationsYou will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.
