Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (US)

Job Title: Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (US) – Beauty Brand Location: Berlin (Hybrid – 3 days in-office) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: €40K – €60K depending on experience and seniority level Key Responsibilities: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers across the US and/or UK Negotiate contracts, campaign formats, timelines, and fees with influencers Brief influencers on campaign objectives and brand tone of voice Monitor campaign performance, focusing on KPIs such as ROI and CPM Maintain ongoing influencer relationships and manage campaign logistics Collaborate with internal and external teams, including influencer agencies Maintain accurate campaign and outreach data Skills & Experience: 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the beauty industry Strong knowledge of the US and/or UK influencer landscape is essential Excellent communication skills Existing relationships with influencers in the US and/or UK markets Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with performance marketing metrics and tools Experience working with influencer agencies or managing direct influencer relationships Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up or growth-focused environment Benefits: Hybrid working – 3 days in-office Team perks: office yoga, free drinks, parties, boat trips Dog-friendly office Discounted products and samples Clear career progression and opportunities to move into senior roles If this sounds like you, send your CV to maddy.worger@majorplayers.co.uk .
