The Team - Your Impact Our team provides out-of-the-box XR and web experience platforms across the E.ON Group, enabling easy creation of engaging, secure, and scalable use cases. We support two key platforms: a web content solution based on Adobe Experience Manager and a cutting-edge XR platform using Unity and Photon. Your Role – Meaningful & rewarding Developing innovative Extended Reality solutions on the E.ON XR platform using the SCRUM methodology Creating high-quality 3D models and expanding the asset library for outstanding XR use cases Supporting engineers and designers with professional visualizations Setting up new solutions on the XR platform, including configuration, system integration, and troubleshooting Training and supporting internal employees in the use of Extended Reality applications in the E.ON XR Lab Your Profile – authentic & open-minded Basic expertise in Unity, Blender, and WebGL for creating innovative XR projects Experience in texturing, lighting, and rendering 3D scenes Ideally, knowledge of 3D animation, rigging, and related areas Hands-on experience in developing AR, VR, and/or MR projects High willingness to learn and curiosity about the further development of Extended Reality Basic knowledge of agile methods, the DevOps culture, and experience with Scrum or Kanban Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges Fluent German language skills and strong English language skills Our Benefits – smart & useful Experience flexibility: You can combine coming to the office and working from home flexibly.
