Your Core Responsibilities End-to-end operational leadership for a high-volume site (200 FTE), including people management, performance, and compliance. Drive Lean and CI initiatives to boost productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead projects across process improvement, new system rollouts, and customer onboarding. Act as a visible, hands-on leader—motivating teams and ensuring high levels of engagement and accountability. Serve as the key point of contact for strategic customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnership growth. Collaborate with regional and global leadership on strategic initiatives, best-practice sharing, and innovation rollouts. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in operational leadership within logistics, warehousing, or contract logistics. Strong people leadership skills—capable of managing large teams and driving a high-performance culture. Hands-on mindset with experience in CI, Lean, and process transformation. Customer-focused and commercially astute; able to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike. Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leadership at a regional or global level. Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal).
