Craft Engineering Technician / Maintenance Engineer Bridgwater Permanent contract: 4 on 4 off, 7-7 (2 days / 2 nights) We are looking to recruit a Craft Engineer to join our Bridgwater dairy within our Muller Milk & Ingredients business. As a Craft Engineer you’ll provide a maintenance service to all plant/manufacturing equipment, with emphasis on the improved plant availability and reliability. Key responsibilities as Craft Engineer / Maintenance Engineer: Be responsible for mechanical and basic electrical isolation Carry out preventative and predictive maintenance activities Bring new ideas to ensure continuous improvement and reliability of manufacturing equipment Advise on engineering practice and maintenance issues within engineering Participate/lead BDRs, SEA and RCA requirement as part of a team What we’re looking for from a Craft Engineer/Maintenance Engineer: NVQ2 or equivalent in basic engineering Relevant engineering experience Excellent written and verbal English Ability to problem solve Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality systems and procedures Knowledge of a specific work task Ability to work alone as well as in a team *Please note this is a 4 on 4 off Shift role Days/Nights rotating (2 Days 2 Nights)* What’s in it for you?
