The Role As a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements. You will play a key role in advising a broad client base while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the department.
