Qualified Solicitor - Coleraine - Permanent Riada is recruiting for a Conveyancing / Probate Solicitor for our client, a long-standing and respected Solicitor's Practice in the Coleraine area. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced OR newly qualified solicitors looking to join a reputable firm and manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. About the role: £Competitive salary Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) Hours: Full-Time, Weekends off Company pension scheme What you'll be doing in this role: Assist clients with all aspects of property transactions, including buying and selling. Provide guidance on financial and legal matters related to property purchases. Manage and prepare essential property documents such as contracts, leases, transfers, and mortgages. Advise both private and commercial clients, addressing legal setbacks throughout the transaction process. Explain complex legal and technical documentation in clear, accessible language. Gather and verify property information by liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and local authorities. Draft and manage contracts, leases, and transfer documents, ensuring timely signatures and exchange. Handle lease extensions, transfer of equity, mortgages, and re-mortgages. Criteria: Experience: Ideally, candidates will have a background in Conveyancing and Probate Law.
