Regional Quality Lead

£80,000- £100,000 basic salary Car allowance Bonus We are working with fast growing contractor to develop their new Quality team. They focus on Construction build projects. With their main sectors being major residential high rise, public service projects (Hospital construction and renovation, schools), Data Centres (CSA and M&E) plus many more. With over £1 billion in annual turnover with Billions in the order book. This business is going from strength to strength and they now know and feel it's time to strengthen their Quality offering with 5-6 new positions being available. This role is based in their Southern region (Birmingham and below) working across multiple projects. You'll be working with Site based Quality members and Project Leads to ensure the usual Quality principles are being followed and that all QP's, ITP's, and RAMS are being followed. You'll be required to ensure the company IMS is being adhered to and updated at a timely manner whilst training and coaching any members who require your assistance. You'll have genuine experience working across regional business within major Infrastructure contractors and be fully conversant with ISO standards (the more the better). You'll understand the difficulties on site and you'll want to have the mindset that every project will have 0 NCR's by completion on build.
