Office Manager/PA

Preparing and formatting letters, meeting minutes, reports pre-issue ? Coordinate with IT if any site issues ? Coordinate project supplies (where needed) ? Maintain project team attendance logs ? Maintain visitor attendance logs ? Manage project stationary supplies ? Manage project archiving Experience & Qualifications: - Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook - Client relationship management skills - Excellent business English both written and oral - Experience working in a professional services consultancy is an advantage - Attention to detail - Able to self manage and prioritise workload - Confident in working with a demanding client group - Highly organised - Professional, proficient and proactive in approach - Excellent relationship builder and able to influence - Able to communicate proficiently both in writing and orally - Can work under pressure in a calm and thoughtful way - Likes to work as part of a team but equally comfortable working alone - Enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking and delivering - Finishes all work to a high standard even when under pressure / tight deadlines - Forward thinker likes to consider the bigger picture, anticipates potential issues and plans for them - Positive attitude and willingness to help others - Flexible in approach ADZN1_UKTJ
