Business Change & Engagement Analyst - Utilities Client Location: Reading (Hybrid) Rate: £450 - £500 per day (Inside IR35) Contract Duration: Until 31st March 2026 About the Role We are working with a leading utilities client to recruit a highly experienced Business Change & Engagement Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major IT delivery programme within a fast-paced, complex environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive change and engagement plans in a complex delivery setting. Create, edit, and review communication materials to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across stakeholders. Support IT Delivery Leads in communicating effectively through agreed frameworks, ensuring messages are clear, non-technical, and delivery-focused. Collaborate within a large team of Business Change and Engagement professionals to ensure alignment with delivery goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in change and engagement planning within complex delivery environments. Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft and align messaging across diverse stakeholder groups. Background in IT Delivery environments, with a focus on supporting delivery success through effective communication. Experience working in large, collaborative teams focused on business change and engagement. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
