Fitzs Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitzs Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking dean and all-day parlour. As a Bar Team Leader, we will support you to: Be yourself - bringing the real you to work, with your unique personality we want you to be who you are! As our Bar Team Leader you will work closely with the F&B Managers leading the team wo work together and drive the business forward. You are people focused putting the needs of our guests first. You can lead, motivate, and engage with the team providing guidance and support to ensure great service standards are maintained and most of all you are always willing to learn new things. To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous experience in leading a team is essential. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A flexible approach to shifts, but it is important remember you may be finishing after midnight almost every day.
