The Role: We are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to work across our secondary schools, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff. This role is ideal for individuals considering a future in teaching or looking to make a difference in a school-based role. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes across a range of subjects Deliver pre-set work and maintain a focused learning environment Manage behaviour positively and effectively Uphold school policies and support the wider school ethos Ideal Candidate Will Have: ??
