Deliver high standards of clinical pharmacy service with a strong focus on patient care. Essential Requirements Current registration with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council). Hold a valid driving licence , facilitating ease of travel as required. Demonstrated experience in oncology and/or haematology pharmacy services.
