SEN Teaching Assistant - Lytham Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm) Pay: £15.94 per hour Romano Education is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Lytham. The school is looking for a skilled and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with Autism and provide additional classroom support. As a SEN Teaching Assistant , you will work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored interventions. You will need to be a confident SEN Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills. The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have: At least two years’ experience working with SEN pupils or in a similar role A calm, empathetic approach An enhanced DBS on the Update Service This role is ideal for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who thrives on supporting pupils with additional needs.
