What Were Looking For Were after someone with solid management experience who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to help a team grow. If youre confident running a busy bar, care about the customer experience, and are happy getting involved in all aspects of the venue wed love to hear from you. This role isnt just about running the day-to-day. Were always looking to improve, and management listens. If youve got ideas, youll have the chance to shape how things work and help push the business forward. We also care a lot about balance. The rotas put together fairly, and we aim to give everyone time for life outside work, we know how important that is. The Role Involves Taking the lead on daily operations Supporting and developing the FOH team Making sure service and compliance standards are consistently high Helping with training and team growth Getting involved in sales and promo ideas Working alongside senior management on bigger-picture planning What Youll Need A couple of years' experience in a similar role Comfortable behind the bar, with good drinks knowledge A Personal Licence Strong English, both spoken and written (C1 or above) A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in people An understanding and appreciation of LGBTQ spaces and the community What Youll Get A competitive salary (based on experience) A friendly and respectful team culture Input on how the business is run your voice will count A rota that supports a healthy work-life balance Training and opportunities to develop professionally The chance to work in one of Londons most vibrant areas Sound Like You?
