Senior Property Services Officer(s) 37 Hours p/w Salary Scale:£38,050-£44,392pa Job Reference:SPSO Choice is seeking to recruit two Senior Property Services Officers to act as lead technical advisers on property matters to a defined area housing management team, managing complex repairs and maintenance issues, overseeing compliance, and supporting the Area Manager in the delivery of the day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance service. Essential criteria:- Essential criteria Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a construction/building management related discipline and 2 years experience in a technical background in the building/property management sector OR HND level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a construction/building management related discipline and 5 years experience in a technical background in the building/property management sector Completed application forms should be returned by 5pm, Thursday 19th June 2025.
