Project Manager – Civil Engineering & Groundworks South West UK Full-Time | Permanent EL1 Security Clearance Join a growing civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation across Devon & Cornwall. With multiple new sites launching, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager with EL1 clearance to lead a major groundworks project. What You'll Be Doing: Managing the civil and groundworks project to completion Overseeing residential groundwork, roads, retaining walls & bulk excavation Running cost plans, programmes, progress reporting & client meetings Driving Health & Safety standards, RAMS & compliance documentation Building long-term client relationships and supporting future business What You’ll Need: Proven experience in civil engineering project delivery Degree in Civil Engineering or similar (or equivalent industry experience) SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work certification Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required) Due to the nature of the projects, it is essential that you hold EL1 Security Clearance (or have the ability to obtain it prior to starting) Reasons to join: Established business with repeat clients and a strong pipeline Supportive, close-knit team and career growth opportunities Competitive salary full benefits package Projects that make a real impact across the region Interested?
