Business Lecturer

Job title: Business Lecturer Location: West Yorkshire Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Permanent Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 The Role: You will be responsible for teaching and assessing across BTEC Levels 1-3 as well as the T Level in Business and accounting. The role also includes tutoring responsibilities - supporting students with their academic and personal development, tracking progress, and mentoring them towards their future career paths. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of Business programmes Assess and monitor student progress in line with course requirements Tutor and support a designated group of learners Contribute to the planning and development of course materials Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress About You: A degree in a relevant Business subject area A teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one within two years) Confident in delivering both BTEC and T Level content Passionate about teaching and committed to student success If you're a motivated and experienced Business educator looking for a new challenge in September 2025, we'd love to hear from you.
