IT Support (Temporary Position) Start Date: July 2025 Location: Fully office based in Newtownabbey Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm(Shift patterns include 8:00am-4:00pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, and 9:00am-5:00pm) Contract Length: 3-5 months Training: 2-week training and induction period provided Annual Leave: No extensive leave permitted during July, August, and September (peak period) About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our clients team as IT Support Analysts on a temporary basis. You will be supporting and assisting Schools, Colleges, and Educational establishments across Northern Ireland as they return from summer holidays and experience IT-related issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in IT support, especially if you’re looking to begin or progress your career in the tech industry. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries and IT issues via telephone, email, and customer portal Log incidents and service requests accurately and efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service to every caller Keep customers informed on the status of their issue or request Manage and prioritise your own workload to ensure deadlines are met Follow internal company policies, procedures, and service standards What We’re Looking For: Proven ability to handle and resolve a high volume of incoming calls Experience making outbound follow-up calls Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service mindset and experience in customer-facing roles Comfortable working on the telephone with customers A keen interest or curiosity in IT - ideal for those looking to kickstart a career in IT If you do not hear from a consultant within 1 week of your application, then unfortunately on this occasion you have not been successful
