Job Description
We're looking for a Facilities Operations Assistant Manager to support our client at one of the UK's most prominent office locations in Canary Wharf (onsite 5 days per week). As Facilities Operations Assistant Manager, you will: Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters at the Canary Wharf office. Manage day-to-day operations including accommodation, catering, mail, records, reception, meeting rooms, and physical security . Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Oversee health & safety compliance , conduct audits, and ensure adherence to ISO standards (ISO14001, ISO27001, OHSAS 18001). Monitor and manage service contracts and SLAs to ensure value for money and operational excellence. Support the development of business plans, monthly reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion environmental awareness and contribute to corporate responsibility goals. To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in Facilities Operations within a corporate or large-scale environment. Strong background in contractor management and health & safety . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs.
