Job Description
Project Manager £40,00 to £55,000 (DOE) 25 days holiday bank, overtime, pension (AV experience required) St Albans About the Company We are a specialist LED system provider working across the creative and technical sectors. With a reputation for delivering innovative solutions to high-profile projects, we collaborate with a wide range of partners across broadcast, live events, and entertainment. Key Responsibilities · Lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects across varying timelines and scopes · Coordinate with internal teams including technical, design, and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery · Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners throughout each project · Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking documentation · Oversee site preparation, logistics planning, and health & safety compliance · Identify potential risks or issues early and develop mitigation strategies · Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability · Ensure all work is delivered in line with the company’s creative and technical standards · Lead internal and external project meetings and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders · Provide leadership and support to junior team members and coordinators Key Skills and Attributes · Strong leadership and communication skills · Excellent organisational and time management abilities · Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects · Comfortable with both high-level planning and hands-on problem-solving · High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality · Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members alike · Calm under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset Required Experience · Minimum 3–5 years in a project management role within the creative, technical, events, or production industries · Strong working knowledge of project management tools · Experience managing budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables · Familiarity with risk assessments, method statements, and other site documentation · Full UK driving licence (preferred) What We Offer · The opportunity to lead a diverse range of exciting, high-profile projects · A creative, collaborative team environment with room to grow · Competitive salary, based on experience · Ongoing professional development and training To apply: Send your CV through or call Karley at .SER-IN
