Interim Group Financial Controller

Your new role As the Group FC you will: Oversee statutory financial reporting, tax filings, and regulatory submissions Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes using technology and best practices Ensure compliance with IFRS Play a key role in IPO readiness, focusing on reporting and financial controls Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, payroll, and tax Optimise financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance What you'll need to succeed As a chartered accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ) with ideally 5 years' industry experience in a high-growth business. You will either have exposure to IPO readiness or post-IPO controls. Personality is key in business. You need a track record of improving people around you and within your team. As you will be working closely with the C Suite, experience of engaging senior stakeholders is pivotal.
