In this role, you will: Provide operational leadership across the Autism Service Support and supervise multi-disciplinary teams and Family Support staff Lead on safeguarding, infection control, and complaints management Oversee service performance and drive clinical and service development Conduct assessments and contribute to Autism diagnostic pathways Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A current and valid HCPC or NMC registration Experience in autism assessment and diagnosis Strong leadership and healthcare management experience Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge of neurodevelopmental services and service improvement Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
