Residential Conveyancer

I’m currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my client’s expanding conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional to manage a full residential property caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. As a Residential Conveyancer , you’ll handle a wide variety of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a smooth and efficient service to clients and upholding the firm’s strong reputation. Key Responsibilities : Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors Conducting title checks, property searches, and resolving any legal issues Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documentation Keeping clients updated throughout the process and maintaining accurate case records This opportunity is ideal for a Residential Conveyancer who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in providing high-quality legal service and client care.
