Senior US/UK Tax Manager Location: Maidenhead Salary: £90,000 Job Type: Full-time Reed Practice are seeking an Senior US/UK Tax Manager to join a growing firm in Maidenhead. This key leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the firm's future, drive business growth, and mentor a growing team of tax professionals. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, and expatriates. Oversee and review US and UK personal tax returns. Provide specialist tax advice on cross-border tax issues. Drive business development, identify growth opportunities, and secure new client relationships. Mentor and develop team members as the firm expands. Liaise with third parties (law firms, wealth managers, financial advisors) to strengthen external networks. Contribute to strategic decisions in firm growth, operational efficiency, and service innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10 years of experience in US/UK personal tax with dual handling expertise. EA and ATT/CTA certifications. Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a professional services environment. Strong business development mindset, with experience in winning business and developing relationships. Excellent technical expertise in US and UK taxation, particularly in expatriate and high-net-worth client matters. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in advising high-profile clients.
