Construction Project Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the buildout of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Bloomington, Indiana. Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager • Manage day-to-day construction activities from groundbreaking to turnover • Coordinate with design, engineering, EPCM, and internal project teams • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and contractor performance • Ensure adherence to GMP, safety regulations, and project specifications • Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues that may impact timelines or cost • Support commissioning, qualification, and final handover of facility Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager • 5 years of experience in construction management within pharma or life sciences • Strong background in capital projects and facility buildouts • Familiarity with GMP requirements and cleanroom construction standards • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills • Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Compensation for the Construction Project Manager • Salary Range: Commensurate with experience • Long Term Contract (with strong possibility of extension) • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 5/5/2025.
