Job Description Job Description Position: Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator (Experienced & Entry-Level Considered) – Confidential Search Location: Winter Park, FL (Greater Orlando Area) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekends) Compensation: Competitive hourly base comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision), PTO, 401(k) match, and paid overtime for early, evening, or weekend work About the Opportunity A growing and dynamic clinical research site is conducting a confidential search for a Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator to join its team in the Orlando, FL area . This site plays a critical role in advancing Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on operational excellence and patient experience. This role is ideal for experienced Clinical Research Coordinators or healthcare professionals seeking to transition into clinical research, such as Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, international medical graduates , or individuals with medical certifications or degrees . Key Responsibilities Obtain and document informed consent in compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and IRB guidelines Conduct protocol-specific study procedures, including vital signs, specimen collection and processing, and EKGs as applicable Accurately document visit data and adverse events using electronic systems Maintain protocol-specific files, study supplies, and documentation Communicate with sponsors/CROs regarding study operations and protocol-related questions Participate in site visits including initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits Support participant recruitment, screening, and retention efforts Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Phlebotomy experience required ; EKG or additional clinical skills preferred 2 years of experience as a CRC preferred — OR — equivalent medical background (e.g., RN, MA, foreign-trained physician, or healthcare-related certification/degree) Strong understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic data capture systems Why Join This Team?
