Strong project incentive pay Additional night shift differential pay on top of project incentive Overtime opportunities available Work on a high-profile, long-term data center build Join a company that invests in its people and promotes from within What You’ll Do: Working under the supervision of a Foreman or Superintendent, your day-to-day may include: Laying out and preparing materials for installations Completing underground layout and rough-in work Sizing and installing wire, conduit, BUSS feeders, and switchgear Connecting power supply wiring to equipment based on schematics Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues Supporting site productivity, team coordination, and safety adherence Handling tasks aligned with E5 classification and below as needed What We’re Looking For: Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (TDLR) Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience OSHA 30 Certification Strong communication and leadership skills Understanding of jobsite production and material flow Reliable transportation and willingness to work occasional overtime Ability to pass background, physical, and drug screening Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Career?
